SEUDINA NUHANOVIĆ
Co-Owner, Stylist
Seudina is a professional hairstylist who found her passion at a very early age. She remembers going to the salon with her mom and telling everyone “I’m going to do hair when I grow up!” She knew exactly what she wanted to do and where she wanted to be.
Seudina is the co-owner and founder of Nu Lox salon where she continues to work behind the chair. She studied at Regina Webb school of cosmetology shortly after high school, but hasn’t stopped learning since. She continues to expand on her knowledge of the industry by attending classes and hair shows to learn from the industry’s best and top leaders. She specializes in any blonding services, lived in color, and effortless styling. Not to mention she will always be honest with her clients; no to the front bangs honey and to her blonde babes please stop saying you want to go dark when the leaves start to fall—she will talk you out of it!
LEJLA NUHANOVIĆ
Co-Owner
Combine a long to-do list, a strong work ethic, and even stronger coffee and you have Lejla. Lejla has a strong passion for education and knows that kindness never goes out of style. With her diverse background she wants to help others be successful in their careers.
She is a proud alum of Western Kentucky University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Data Analytics, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
If you ask her what’s she’s most proud of, it’s being Seudina’s big sister and co-owner of Nu Lox. When Lejla realized how passionate Seudina was about her profession she knew she immediately wanted to help cultivate a space for clients that felt warm, welcoming and safe.
PAMILA WHALEN
Stylist
Pamila has been a licensed cosmetologist since October 2021, she went to Paul Mitchell the School-Louisville. She started cosmetology school in August of 2019 with her little sister. She had some complications with her pregnancy so she had to take a break from school but as soon as she was able to start back to school, she did! Coming from Louisville to Bowling Green has been a big change for them, but they are loving every minute of it.
In her free time, she spends it with family, especially her little sister, Haile, little brother, Brent and his family, and you can guarantee she is with her precious little girl, Blaykleigh Reign. Hair is definitely her passion and she loves making people feel beautiful, she is so excited to grow in this industry that is always evolving. She can not wait to see new faces and have so many people in her chair!
ASHLEY ELMS
Stylist
Ashley has been a cosmetologist for the last 12 years and she holds a license in Kentucky, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Her specialties are blondes and updos, but she loves anything and everything in between. She looks forward to meeting you and bringing your hair dreams to reality
MADISON JEWELL
Brow & Lash Technician
Madison Jewell, aka Maddi J, is your new go-to lash tech! She's beyond thrilled to share her art with you. She's a licensed eyelash tech and PMU artist specializing in microblading. She really enjoys getting to create a special look just for her client. She is innovative, creative, & someone who is prepared to go above & beyond for all of her clients! She can't wait to meet you!
