NU LOX SALON POLICIES

At Nu Lox, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through our doors the best possible experience.
Per our policy, we require 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event that we are in the 48 hour window of your reservation, we will require a $50 deposit on your next appointment that will go towards the selected service. If you are 10 minutes late or more, you may be required to reschedule your appointment. We value our time as much as we value yours. We reserve the right to refuse service. All stylists at Nu Lox are self employed. We do not offer refunds. In case you are unhappy with the service you received, please reach out to your stylist within 48 hours.
